1. Participation and Safety

Participation in the challenges is at your own risk.

Kicks Football Challenge accepts no responsibility for injury, accident or death sustained during any part of the event, including:

• Participation in football challenges
• Use of event facilities or activities
• Spectating
• Movement around the site

All players must use their official scorecard booklet, issued on entry, and present it to the challenge official before each challenge.

All participants must follow instructions given by event staff and challenge officials.

2. Footwear and Clothing

Only trainers or astro turf boots (without studs) are permitted on site.

No football boots, blades or studs of any kind will be allowed.

Attendees not wearing appropriate footwear will not be permitted on site.

3. Conduct and Prohibited Items

Kicks Football Challenge is a family-friendly event, and the following are strictly prohibited:

• Foul or abusive language
• Aggressive or antisocial behaviour
• Alcohol or drugs
• Smoking or vaping anywhere in or around the arenas where the challenges are taking place, or near children — please use the designated areas provided
• Pets or animals, except registered assistance dogs
• Sharp objects, blades, or items with pointed edges
• Tents, gazebos or physical structures of any kind

You are permitted to bring foldable camping chairs or stools.

Anyone found breaching these rules will be removed from the site immediately with no refund.

4. Personal Belongings and Property

Kicks Football Challenge accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to any personal items while on site, including:

• Bags, phones, or other personal belongings
• Property left unattended

We also accept no responsibility for damage or theft involving vehicles parked on or near the event site.

5. Accessibility and Site Guidance

The following are permitted:

• Pushchairs and wheelchairs

The following are not permitted and must be left outside the event site:

• Wheeled carts, wagons or other large trolley-style devices

We recommend all attendees bring suitable items for variable weather, including:

• Sun cream, hats, water and raincoats
• Please note: there is limited outdoor shelter available on site

6. Event Facilities and Access

On-site parking is available but not guaranteed. Vehicles are parked at the owner's risk.

Access to toilets, food vendors, activity zones and first aid will be clearly signposted.

Event layout, timings, and activity offerings are subject to change on the day for safety or operational reasons.

7. Photography and Media

By attending, you consent to photos and video being taken and used for Kicks Football Challenge promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to be included in promotional imagery, please inform a member of staff upon arrival.

8. Tickets and Entry

All players and supporters must hold a valid ticket to enter the event site.

Tickets must be presented upon entry; proof of purchase alone (e.g. bank statements) will not be accepted.

Each attendee (players and supporters) will be issued with a wristband, which must be worn at all times while on site.

Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold.

Bag searches will be carried out upon entry to ensure the safety of all attendees.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including non-attendance by the ticket holder.

If the wind is over 24MPH (legal limit) we will be cancelling the event for safety of public and members of staff, an alternative date of equal value will be offered for the inconvenience.

In the event that Kicks Football Challenge is forced to cancel a Fun Day, an alternative date of equal value will be offered.

Refunds will not be provided if the customer is unable to attend the rescheduled date.

10. General

Kicks Football Challenge reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Entry to the event site confirms acceptance of these terms in full.
